Privacy Policy
Effective date: 3 September 2026. Version 2026-09-03-1.
1. Who is responsible for your data
PLAYERA is operated by Erik Karen Mikayelyan, Individual Entrepreneur (registered as «ՄԻՔԱՅԵԼՅԱՆ ԷՐԻԿ ԿԱՐԵՆԻ Ա/Ձ»), located at 7 Arzumanyan Street, Apartment 8, Ajapnyak, Yerevan 0038, Armenia. The operator is the controller of personal data processed through the PLAYERA mobile application and related support services. You can contact us at support@playera.one.
Individual arena operators are independently responsible for information they receive and use to provide a booked arena service. Payment, mapping, messaging, and infrastructure providers may also act as independent controllers for processing governed by their own notices.
2. Data we collect
We collect only data reasonably needed to operate the service, complete transactions, protect users and arenas, comply with law, and improve reliability.
- Account data: Supabase user identifier, chosen sign-in provider and provider account identifier, email address, full name, age, required phone number, optional additional phone number, profile image reference when supplied by the provider, preferred language, and account status.
- Booking data: booking reference, arena and field, date and time, selected extras, price, payment method and transaction reference, booking status, cancellation and refund information, and communications or notes connected with the booking.
- Shopping data: products, size and customization choices, quantities, order value, delivery address, apartment or entrance details, delivery note, payment method, and fulfillment status.
- User choices and content: favorite arenas, reviews, ratings, support requests, notification preferences, consent records, and acceptance of legal documents and arena rules.
- Device and technical data: push-notification token, platform, app language and version, locally saved settings and cart, IP address and request metadata normally processed by hosting and security providers, and diagnostic or security events.
- Location and map data: arena coordinates and addresses are displayed in the app. If a location feature asks for permission and you grant it, approximate or precise device location may be used to show nearby arenas. PLAYERA does not sell device location and does not store precise location unless the feature clearly says so.
We do not receive or store full bank-card numbers, card security codes, or online-wallet credentials. Those are entered directly into an authorized payment provider when electronic payments are available.
3. How we obtain data
We receive data directly from you, from your use of PLAYERA, from arena operators when they manage a booking or report an incident, from Google or Apple when you choose their sign-in service, and from service providers that confirm authentication, payment, delivery, notification, or technical events.
4. Why we use data
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- To sign you in with the provider you choose, create and secure your account, associate it with your phone number, and provide customer support.
- To display availability, create and manage bookings, allow cancellation, calculate refunds, and communicate booking changes to you and the booked arena.
- To process shop orders, customization, delivery, payment, returns, and customer claims.
- To send transactional push notifications you request, including booking reminders and review requests.
- To publish reviews without displaying your phone number and to prevent fraudulent, abusive, or misleading content.
- To apply arena rules, investigate documented damage or safety incidents, resolve disputes, administer justified charges, and enforce proportionate account restrictions.
- To prevent fraud, unauthorized access, duplicate bookings, payment abuse, and other misuse; to maintain logs, backups, and service reliability.
- To comply with accounting, tax, consumer-protection, personal-data, law-enforcement, and court obligations.
- To improve accessibility, performance, language support, and the booking experience using aggregated or de-identified information where practical.
Where applicable, processing is based on performance of our contract with you, steps requested before entering a contract, your consent, compliance with law, or legitimate interests permitted by law. You may withdraw consent for optional processing at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. When we share data
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is reasonably necessary with:
- The arena you book and its authorized managers. They may receive your name, phone number, booking reference, field, time, duration, selected services, amount attributable to the arena, status, and relevant notes so they can provide the service.
- Supabase, which provides account authentication, database, storage, and server functions.
- Google or Apple when you choose their sign-in service. PLAYERA receives only the basic account data authorized on the provider's consent screen and returns authentication requests and security responses required to complete sign-in.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, which provides push-notification delivery and processes device tokens and related delivery data.
- Google Maps and, when you choose to open it, Yandex Maps, for map display, directions, and related device requests under their own privacy terms.
- Banks, card processors, Idram, or other payment providers selected by you, when electronic payment or refund processing is enabled.
- Couriers and fulfillment partners, which receive the contact and address information needed to deliver an order.
- Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, fraud-prevention providers, courts, regulators, and public authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required.
- A successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice requirements.
Service providers are required by contract or applicable law to protect data and use it only for the agreed purpose. Arena operators must also protect booking data and may not use it for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis.
6. Google Sign-In data
If you choose Continue with Google, PLAYERA requests only OpenID authentication, your email address, and basic profile information such as your name and profile image. We use this data to authenticate you, create or find your PLAYERA account, prefill your profile, prevent duplicate or fraudulent accounts, and provide account support.
The Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile image reference may be stored securely in Supabase while your PLAYERA account remains active. We do not request or access your Google password, contacts, Drive files, Calendar, messages, or other Google service content. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Google account data is shared only with Supabase as needed to provide authentication, unless disclosure is required by law.
You may disconnect access through your Google Account permissions and may delete the data stored by PLAYERA by deleting your account in Settings or contacting support@playera.one.
7. International processing
Some cloud, messaging, mapping, or payment providers may process data outside Armenia. Where Armenian law requires safeguards, authorization, or consent for a transfer, we will use the required mechanism and limit the transferred data to what is necessary.
8. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described above.
- Account and profile data is generally kept while your account is active.
- Booking, order, payment, refund, complaint, and accounting records may be retained for the period required by Armenian tax, accounting, consumer-protection, limitation, or other mandatory law.
- Push tokens are kept while active and are deleted or disabled when you sign out, delete your account, or the token becomes invalid.
- Reviews remain until you delete your account, we remove them under moderation rules, or retention is legally required. Public content is deleted or de-identified when the associated account is deleted unless law requires otherwise.
- Local language, cart, and preference data remains on your device until cleared by the app, operating system, or you.
- Security logs and backups are retained for limited operational cycles and then deleted or overwritten, unless an incident or legal obligation requires longer preservation.
When retention is required after account deletion, we isolate and restrict the information, remove unnecessary identifiers, and use it only for the required legal purpose.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- Confirm whether we process your data and provide access to it.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Block, erase, or destroy data processed unlawfully or no longer needed.
- Withdraw consent or turn off optional notifications and device permissions.
- Delete your PLAYERA account and associated data not required to be retained by law.
- Receive information about sources, purposes, recipients, retention, and safeguards.
- Object to a decision or account restriction and request human review by the PLAYERA administrator.
Account deletion is available in Settings. Deletion may cancel future bookings under the cancellation policy. If an active order, unresolved refund, damage claim, fraud investigation, or legal retention duty prevents immediate completion, we will explain the reason and complete deletion when the restriction ends.
Send other privacy requests to support@playera.one. We may verify your identity before acting. You may also complain to the Armenian authority responsible for personal-data protection or apply to a competent court.
10. Notifications and permissions
Push notifications are optional. We ask permission when you enable booking reminders. You can disable notifications in device settings, although essential booking status may still be shown in the app or communicated through another transactional channel where permitted.
Location permission is optional. The map and manual arena browsing remain available without sharing device location. Opening an external map transfers the destination and normal device request data to that map provider.
11. Security
We use access controls, authenticated connections, row-level database rules, limited service credentials, logging, backups, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data. No internet service is completely secure. If a breach creates a legally reportable risk, we will notify the competent authority and affected users as required by law.
Keep your device and verification codes secure. PLAYERA support will never ask for your one-time verification code.
12. Children
PLAYERA is not intended for children to create independent contractual accounts. A person under 18 should use booking or purchasing features only through, or with authorization and supervision from, a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child provided data without proper authorization, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
13. Automated decisions
PLAYERA may automatically block unavailable time slots, detect obvious misuse, or temporarily restrict a transaction for security. A fine, damage decision, or continuing account ban is reviewed by an authorized administrator and may be disputed by contacting support.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the service, providers, or law changes. The app will show the current version and effective date. If a change materially affects your rights or requires new consent, we will provide prominent notice and request consent where required.
