Terms of Use
Effective date: 26 September 2026. Version 2026-09-26-1.
1. Operator and scope
PLAYERA is operated by Erik Karen Mikayelyan, Individual Entrepreneur (registered as «ՄԻՔԱՅԵԼՅԱՆ ԷՐԻԿ ԿԱՐԵՆԻ Ա/Ձ»), located at 7 Arzumanyan Street, Apartment 8, Ajapnyak, Yerevan 0038, Armenia. Contact: support@playera.one.
PLAYERA provides a mobile marketplace for finding and reserving football arenas and purchasing sporting goods. Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, the arena operator provides and controls the physical sports service. PLAYERA facilitates discovery, booking, payment, communication, support, and administration of the marketplace.
These Terms apply to the app, account, bookings, orders, reviews, notifications, and related support. Arena-specific rules shown in a listing or before payment form part of the booking agreement.
2. Acceptance and ability to contract
By tapping “Send verification code” to create or access an account, “Book” to confirm a booking, or the corresponding order button, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, acknowledge the Privacy Policy, and accept the Refund Policy. The app provides tappable links to those documents before the relevant action. Electronic acceptance has the same effect as signing an agreement to the extent permitted by law. We record the version, language, user, and time of acceptance.
You must be legally capable of entering the agreement. A person under 18 may use transactional features only through a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the booking, participants, payment, and compliance with arena rules.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate information and keep your phone and device secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your verified account unless you promptly report unauthorized access. Do not share one-time verification codes.
One person may not create accounts to evade a suspension, unpaid charge, booking limit, or fraud control. You may delete your account in Settings, subject to completion or lawful retention of active transactions, refunds, disputes, and records.
4. Listings and arena availability
We aim to show accurate prices, photographs, amenities, location, rules, and availability. Arena operators provide or confirm much of this information. Minor non-material differences may occur. If a material listed feature is unavailable, contact support promptly so we can seek a correction, alternative, price adjustment, or refund required by law.
A displayed time is not reserved until the app confirms the booking. We may reject or reverse a duplicate, technically invalid, fraudulent, unpaid, or unavailable booking and will return any amount that the law or these Terms require.
5. Booking and payment
Before the action that creates a payment obligation, the app shows the arena, field, date, start and end time, duration, extras, service fee, total price, payment method, cancellation rule, and applicable arena rules. Review these details carefully.
A booking is formed when PLAYERA displays a confirmation and booking reference. A pending-payment reservation may expire if payment is not completed in time. Prices are in Armenian drams unless clearly stated otherwise.
Electronic payments are processed by the selected payment provider. PLAYERA does not receive full card credentials. You authorize the displayed charge and any refund or justified additional charge accepted or finally determined under these Terms.
6. User cancellation and refunds
You can cancel an eligible future booking in My bookings. The server records the cancellation time. The following standard rule applies to cancellation initiated by the user:
Each arena sets a cancellation cutoff between 12 and 48 hours before the scheduled start. The default is 24 hours. The arena's cutoff is shown before booking and saved with your booking. Later changes to the arena's policy do not change an existing booking's cutoff. Bookings made before this policy update retain their 24-hour cutoff.
- At or before your booking's cancellation deadline: 100% of the amount paid for the booking is refundable.
- After that deadline, including at or after the start time: self-service cancellation is unavailable in the app and the payment is non-refundable under the standard policy. Contact support@playera.one if mandatory law, a documented failure to provide the booked service, or another exceptional circumstance requires review.
The cancellation deadline is calculated using server time and the cutoff saved with your booking. When a booking qualifies for cancellation, the refundable amount is the total amount actually paid for that booking, including the service fee and selected extras. The cancellation screen shows the estimated refundable amount before you confirm.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time. A displayed processing estimate is not a waiver of your statutory rights.
If PLAYERA or the arena cancels without offering an equivalent service acceptable to you, or the arena cannot provide the materially agreed service, you receive a full refund. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over this section.
7. Arena rules
Each arena may publish rules in its PLAYERA listing or booking flow. By confirming a booking, you agree that you and every participant or guest connected with your booking will follow those rules and lawful on-site safety instructions.
Rules may address footwear, permitted player count, arrival and departure time, changing rooms, food or alcohol, smoking, equipment, children, spectators, parking, prohibited conduct, cleanliness, and safe use of the field. If an on-site instruction materially conflicts with the rules shown at booking, ask the arena or PLAYERA for clarification.
You must not enter restricted areas, use equipment contrary to instructions, engage in violent or threatening conduct, intentionally endanger others, or continue play when staff lawfully stop a session for safety or serious rule violations.
8. Damage, fines, and account restriction
You are responsible for direct damage caused by your intentional act, negligence, serious rule violation, or the conduct of participants and guests you bring or organize, to the extent permitted by law. You are not charged for ordinary wear, pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or loss not reasonably connected with your conduct.
An arena may submit an incident report with photographs, video, witness information, invoices, or repair estimates. The PLAYERA administrator reviews the report, the applicable rules, and any response from you. A justified charge may include reasonable documented repair, replacement, extraordinary cleaning, emergency, or safety-restoration costs. It is not intended as an arbitrary penalty or source of profit.
We will provide notice of the reason, evidence available for disclosure, amount, and payment method. You may dispute the decision through support and provide evidence. The administrator will conduct a human review. Your ability to make new bookings may be suspended while a serious safety incident, fraud issue, or unpaid finally determined charge remains unresolved. The restriction is lifted after payment or a decision in your favor, unless a separate serious or repeated safety breach justifies termination.
PLAYERA does not prevent you from exercising mandatory consumer rights, challenging a charge, or applying to a competent court. We may refer intentional damage, violence, theft, or fraud to the arena, insurer, or lawful authorities.
9. Safety, health, and injuries
Football and other physical activity involve inherent risks, including collision, falls, overexertion, and contact with equipment or playing surfaces. You decide whether you and your participants are medically and physically able to play, use suitable clothing and footwear, warm up, follow safety instructions, and stop when conditions are unsafe.
PLAYERA is a booking platform and does not supervise games or control day-to-day arena premises. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLAYERA is not liable for an injury arising solely from participation in a game or an inherent sporting risk at an independently operated arena.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from PLAYERA's own intentional misconduct, gross negligence, a mandatory consumer guarantee, or death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited. Arena operators remain responsible for duties imposed on them concerning premises, equipment, staff, and services. Report unsafe conditions immediately to arena staff and PLAYERA; in an emergency, contact the emergency services.
10. Conduct and prohibited use
Do not misuse the app, scrape private data, interfere with security, submit false bookings, abuse promotions, harass users or staff, impersonate another person, upload unlawful content, manipulate reviews, or use PLAYERA for unlawful commercial activity. We may cancel affected transactions, remove content, preserve evidence, and proportionately restrict or terminate access.
11. Reviews and user content
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not disclose another person's private data, contain threats, discrimination, unlawful material, or knowingly false claims. You retain ownership of your text but grant PLAYERA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, translate, format, and moderate it for operating and promoting the service. You may request deletion, subject to legal preservation needs.
12. Sporting-goods orders
Shop checkout separately shows products, customization, delivery, payment, and total price. Product returns, replacement, quality claims, and statutory withdrawal rights are governed by the information shown for the order and Armenian consumer law. Personalized goods may be non-returnable for change of mind where law permits, but this does not remove rights concerning defects, incorrect fulfillment, or other mandatory remedies.
13. Notifications and communications
You agree to receive communications necessary to authenticate the account, confirm and administer transactions, handle safety or damage incidents, and respond to support. Promotional notifications require a separate choice where required and can be disabled. You are responsible for keeping contact information current.
14. Intellectual property
PLAYERA software, branding, layout, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. Arena names, photographs, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
15. Service changes and availability
We may maintain, secure, or improve the service and may suspend a feature when reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted access, but we will not use this section to avoid confirmed obligations or mandatory remedies. Material changes affecting a confirmed booking will be communicated and handled under applicable law.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PLAYERA is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by your breach, inaccurate information you supplied, an external map or payment service, or an arena event outside PLAYERA's reasonable control. Any limitation applies only where lawful and does not restrict mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
17. Suspension and termination
We may temporarily restrict or terminate an account for fraud, threats, repeated material rule breaches, intentional damage, unlawful use, evasion of a prior restriction, or an unpaid finally determined damage charge. Except where immediate action is reasonably required for safety, fraud prevention, or law, we will provide the reason and an opportunity to contact support. Termination does not erase payment, refund, dispute, or legal obligations that arose earlier.
18. Complaints and disputes
Contact support@playera.one first with your phone number, booking or order reference, facts, and requested resolution. We will review the matter and may ask the arena or payment provider for information. Nothing requires you to give up access to a court, regulator, or consumer-protection remedy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are handled by the competent courts of Armenia unless mandatory consumer law permits another forum. Consumer contract terms are interpreted clearly and, where Armenian law requires, ambiguity is interpreted in favor of the consumer.
19. Changes and language
We may update these Terms prospectively. The app shows the current version and effective date. A material change will be notified, and new acceptance will be requested when required. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to a confirmed transaction.
The Armenian, English, and Russian versions are intended to communicate the same agreement naturally. If an inconsistency cannot be resolved, mandatory Armenian law and any interpretation legally favorable to the consumer apply.
